• Proactivity and Responsibility: I understand that the program provides access to opportunities (projects, jobs, and sessions), but the responsibility for realizing them lies with me. I commit to being proactive, applying for relevant positions, and utilizing the resources provided by the program.
• No Guarantee of Placement: I am aware that the program is designed to provide access to employment opportunities, projects, and industry networking. My participation does not constitute a commitment by Place-IL to find me a job or secure actual placement in any company.
• Program Duration: I acknowledge that resources are provided to me for a defined period of nine months from the date of my joining. At the end of this period, Place-IL is not obligated to continue allocating these resources or providing active guidance, unless otherwise decided at the sole discretion of the program management.
• Attendance and Engagement: I understand that professional sessions, workshops, and guest lectures are key to my advancement in the job market. Demonstrating seriousness and consistent attendance is the best way for the program team to get to know my capabilities and recommend me for relevant opportunities.
• Professionalism and Representation: I understand that every interaction I have with program partners or industry companies represents Place-IL. I commit to conducting myself professionally and according to high industry standards.
• HR Simulation: I understand that as part of my training process, I will be required to undergo an HR simulation interview. I acknowledge that successfully completing the simulation and receiving positive feedback from the professional team are essential conditions for my continued participation in the program and for gaining exposure to employment opportunities and projects.
• Practical Projects: Should I choose to participate in a practical project on behalf of the program, I commit to meeting deadlines, completing tasks at the required quality, and reporting any difficulties or delays in real-time.
• Ongoing Updates: I commit to updating the program team on any developments in my job search process (interviews, salary offers, or job acceptance), even if these result from sources outside the program. This information is critical for our ability to continue supporting you.
• Giving Back to the Community: I understand that the success of the program relies on its talent community. I commit, as far as possible in the future and following my integration into the industry, to assist new talents in the program through advice, networking, mentoring, or sharing the experience I have gained.
